About our Founder, Anand Pallegar

Anand Pallegar is a multidisciplinary founder operating at the intersection of community, media, and technology. A serial entrepreneur and cultural strategist, he has spent over two decades building ventures and platforms that drive systemic change and social impact.

A self-taught innovator and proud college dropout, Anand attended the University of Michigan before launching his first company, Atlas Networks, at age 19. He went on to found ATLARGE, a strategic and digital agency that delivered award-winning campaigns and technology platforms for brands like Ford, GM, NASA, IMG, Disney, Marvel, and Six Flags.

Today, Anand is the driving force behind DreamLarge, one of Florida’s first registered Benefit Corporations, and serves as CEO of Sarasota Magazine, where he is reimagining regional media as a civic storytelling platform. He is also leading the development of AI-driven tools that personalize content and enhance audience engagement, part of a broader vision for the future of media that is adaptive, inclusive, and community-connected. Anand also spearheads PINC, an idea-driven cultural series exploring People, Ideas, Nature, and Community, now in its eleventh year of inspiring thought and transformation.

He serves as Chair of the Board of Gulf Coast Community Foundation, helping guide strategic initiatives across housing, mental health, environmental resilience, and the arts.

His broader work includes community-first development projects such as the brand and engagement strategy for The Bay Park, the planning and implementation of Overtown Square, the launch of the Rosemary Art & Design District (RADD), and the development of PigFish, a sustainability-focused gastropub under DreamLarge Hospitality that is redefining career pathways and food systems through the lens of sustainability.

Anand has been named Young Professional of the Year, Top 40 under 40, 25 People to Watch, Executive of the Year, Emerging CEO of the Year, 50 Floridians who will change the World, and has earned many other accolades and awards.
